Linen - is included in the price; it covers sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover, tea towels and bathroom mats. It does not include towels so please bring these with you.

High chair, changing table and cot – These can be provided if required at no charge, Please refer to the 'Tots and Toddlers' section.

Winter Heating – A small charge may be made in the colder months to cover fuel costs, depending upon the weather.
